It was a good stay.
The first day we went up for breakfast but the dining room was empty. Apparently, they were serving the breakfast in the rooms, so we had to order it to our room. After a couple of days the breakfast was available in the dining room, which was much better. The omelettes were available for ordering. Overall the staff was very polite and responsive.
The first time we walked in, the room had some smell, which has disappeared after some time. Maybe it was the smell of the detergent that they used to clean the rooms. We have traveled in winter to Bahrain. It turns out the rooms didn't have a heating system. It was quite cold in the rooms and finally we had to request a heater which we kept on the whole time during our stay. The rooms were clean. The bedsheets were also nice and clean, the beds were comfortable too. The kitchen didn't have the necessary dishes to cook, so had to specially request. The amenities could be improved. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

If yu can Pay more and stay somewhere else that would be a good choice.
Very good room breakfast. We were full. They deliver everything to your room and it’s lot of food. Smooth check in. Smoot check out. Good location. Mall close by at walking distance. Staff is welcoming.
There was just one towel in the room. Whenever we asked for more they brought 1 by 1. There is some noise coming from the door lock all night, some beeping sound. Spa is poor quality. Treatment room doesn’t look like treatment room, more like some kind of storage for all spa related things. Treatment room doesn’t have ambience lighting, it’s just the normal light. I choose hot stones, but I get some electric ‘stones’, so basically hot stones without hot stones. They’ve also said hotel guest have -10% on treatment, but they ended up charging me in full. Parking garage is extremely difficult to navigate, if there is non experienced driver, it might get bad.
